Ten of the remaining 31 abducted students of Bethel Baptist High school, Damishi, Kaduna have regained freedom.
This was disclosed by Kaduna Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Rev. Joseph Hayab who confirmed this to newsmen on Saturday evening.
Hayab said the students were released on Saturday night and have been reunited with their parents.
He confirmed that an undisclosed amount of ransom was paid before their release.
With the latest development, there remains 21 students with the bandits.
