The Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has said that he will be available for the African Cup of Nation scheduled to hold in Cameroon next year January.
Osimhen revealed this on Tuesday via his Twitter handle, debunking rumours he might missed the competition.
According to him, “I will be available for AFCON 100% unless I’m not among the players picked to represent Nigeria,”
Osimhen netted five goals for the Eagles during the AFCON qualifiers.
The Napoli striker sustained injury that affected his cheek bone while playing for his club side in November.
He has undergone surgery and gradually recovering.
Nigeria will play against Egypt, Guinea-Bissau and Sudan in the Groud D stage of the game, beginning with their first game against Egypt on January 11.
