Some angry youths have set ablaze a truck involved in an accident that lead to death of a man, on Thursday, at Cele street junction along ikare road, Akungba area of Ondo State.
ADULAWONEWS gathered that another person was also injured and rushed to hospital.
It was learnt that the angry youths in the community, while protesting against the incident set ablaze the truck involved in the accident and barricade road.
It was gathered that the accident which Involved a heavy duty truck and a motorcycle.
According to an eyewitness who was present at the scene of the accident, explained that the accident was reportedly caused by reckless driving by the truck driver.
However, the deceased which identify has not being revealed at the time of filing the report, has been taken to mortuary, while the injured is receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
ADULAWONEWS learnt that Akungba road which is a federal road, has long become a death trap, for the communities and that both the state and federal government has turned a deaf ear to their pleas for a possible lasting solution to the road.
