The Opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Kaduna chapter, on Friday suspended its media support group.
This was contained in a statement issued on Friday by the state Publicity Secretary, Abraham Alberah Catoh, and made accessible to journalists in Kaduna.
He said, the PDP “wish to announce to all its members and supporters that all its media support groups, including “Kaduna State PDP New Media Team” have been suspended indefinitely.”
According to him, “the party is also calling on all her loyal members and supporters to remain calm and wait for the party’s resolution on the modus operandi on media activities, which will soon be announced for effective social media activities.”
He expressed the party’s gratitude for the work done by the groups.
“We shall continue to work together for the benefit of the party,” he said.
