An Iragbiji born philanthropist and politician, Yinka Akinwale has described the second term ambition of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola as the ark of Noah that will take the people of Osun to the promised land.

Akinwale stated this while commending the people of Boripe local Government in particular and the IBO Federal Constituency in general for trooping out in large numbers to welcome the state Governor to the federal Constituency, yesterday.

Akinwale said, “the large numbers of the people that came out confirmed that the Governor’s second term is the will of God and that of the masses.

“We must also commend our traditional rulers for believing in the Governor and noting his good works. Their endorsement and commendation is a sign that indeed, the will of God is coming to pass in Osun through Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.”

The politician said his brainchild, Yinka Akinwale Foundation has in the last two years given succour to the less privileged in Boripe Local Government with free eye surgery programmes for the elderly, food and cash to the widows and free fuel to about 5,000 okada riders and distribution of thousands of face mask to secondary schools in the local government, to complement Oyetola’s efforts in prioritising the welfare of the people.

He urged residents and citizens of Osun not to waver in their support for the Governor noting that if given a second term, the development agenda of the state will be further enhanced.
