Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has announced plans to name the newly commissioned Iseyin-Ogbomoso Road After Former governor Late Adebayo Alao-Akala.
The move to honour the former Governor was disclosed at the commissioning of the newly constructed 76.67km Iseyin-Ogbomoso road today.
Makinde hinted that the newly constructed 76.67km will be named after Late Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala as “Alao Akala Way”
It would be recalled that Governor Makinde had revealed during a condolence visit to the residence of the former Oyo State helmsmen, that Late Alao Akala was scheduled to flag-off the newly constructed road before his untimely demise.
