The All Progressives Congress Chieftain, Kayode Ojo has lost his court battle with Mr. Biodun Oyebanji.
According to report, the case filed by the APC Chieftain, Kayode Ojo, challenging the victory of the Ekiti State Governor-elect, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji at the APC primary election has been struck out.
The presiding judge, Justice Babs Kuewumi said the statement of claim presented before the court was defective.
