President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday, attended the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited and Daewoo Group of South Korea for the rehabilitation of the Kaduna refinery.
The signing took place in Seoul, South Korea, where Buhari attended the first World Bio Summit.

Present at the signing were the Minister of State for Petroleum, Timipre Sylva and the NNPC Limited boss, Mele Kyari.
