Osun Election petition tribunal has adjourned its sitting to 20th December, 2022, as the petitioner Gboyega Oyetola and the All Progressive Congress (APC) closed their case.

Ademola Adeleke’s file at INEC office brought to the Tribunal today was accepted and marked as exibit.
The APC lawyers having been satisfied with the already admitted evidences decide to close the prosecution without calling other witnesses.
The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) will open its defence on 20th December,2022.
