The general election for the Presidency and National Assembly seats is going on peacefully in Ile-Ife. Our visitation to the polling units in Iyanfoworogi, Laadin, Okerembete, Erefe and Itaosa revealed that the poll is likely to end unhindered.
Our Information Crew also did the on the spot assessment to Urban Day Grammar School, Mayfair Ile Ife, Lagere, Iremo, Aderemi, Irebami, Ilode, Moore where all the electorate conducted themselves peacefully.
In an interview with the former Chairman, Ife Central Local Government, who also doubles as an APC stalwart in the council area, Dr..Olaiya,he appreciated the way and manner in which the electorate conducted themselves.
Also speaking, the Labour Party candidate in the forthcoming Osun State House of Assembly poll, Hon. Adediwura Adesina,who cast his vote at Iremo Ward 4, observed that the electoral process was highly commendable.
