A woman has reportedly committed suicide after the unfortunate death of her three children in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.
The deceased, who went viral over the weekend for giving her three children sleeping pills to avoid their embarrassment, was said to have returned home to their corpses.
It was learned that the woman in an incident which reportedly happened in Salawu bus stop around Gbagi Market area of Ibadan, gave the children sleeping pills, locked them inside the house to find food for them but on getting back home, met their corpses.
The unfortunate incident, according to residents was as a result of naira note scarcity, which has made life difficult for many Nigerians.
It was gathered that the woman was unable to get cash to get food for the children, a reason for the unfortunate incident.
