An FCT high court sitting in Maitama has granted bail to the former governor of the CBN governor Emefiele.
Terms of the bail are that he should be released to his counsel, Matthew Burkaa a senior advocate of Nigeria who is to produce him for arraignment on 15th November.

ADULAWO NEWS reports that Emefiele is to deposit his passport with the court as well as his other travelling documents.
