The Osun State Police Command has notify the general public especially the residents of Oke-Gada Ede, Osun State that in view of the ongoing road dualization/construction at Ede town, over a controlled blast at the aforementioned area tomorrow.
This was revealed in a press statement released by the Command Spokesperson SP Yemisi Opalola and available to ADULAWO News in Osogbo on Wednesday.

Osun police revealed that the blast will be coordinated by the Osun Police Explosive Ordinance Department (EOD) to facilitate/enhance smooth and speedy construction of the road project by Osun State Ministry of Works.
The statement added that members of the public, especially the residents of the area are advised to steer clear of the environment to prevent any unforeseen circumstances, while being enjoined not to entertain any kind of fear/apprehension.
The Police Command assured the members of public of adequate security of lives and property.
