The Pioneer President and Chairman, Board of Trustee of Mass Communication Alumni of Osun State Polytechnic Iree (MAOS, Mr Ayodele Agboola has donated Five Hundred thousand naira (#500, 000) for MAOS members as Ramadan/ Easter celebration gift.
The Association National President, Adekunle Sikiru (Abacus) disclosed on Saturday in a statement made available to newsmen in Osogbo, Osun State capital.
This donation is majorly designed to support MAOS members across the eight Chapters nationwide for the Muslim and Christian festivities.
According to him, the BOT Chairman of the association, Mr Ayodele Agboola donated the money with the aim of putting smiles on the faces of Members and cushion effect of economic hardship in the country.
Our Correspondent reports that 50 beneficiaries will get direct N10,000 cash disbursement inline with recommendation of State Coordinators. The beneficiary Chapters are : Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti, Kwara, Abuja and Ogun.
Adekunle applauded Mr Ayodele Agboola who is the Chairman, Orisun Igbomina Broadcasting Network for his consistent support for members and immense contributions toward development of MAOS.
He used the opportunity to acknowledge other philanthropists in MAOS Family for their sacrifices as well as kindness through various channels of support.
