Following the visit of the reconciliation committee in Osogbo, Osun Concerned Youths a group within the All Progressives Congress, have noticed the desperation in the last few weeks assuming a feverish dimension.
The group revealed that no one is interested in letting the APC go down in the state.
Osun Concerned Youths made the statement in a press statement issued and signed by the public relations officer, Yusuf Adegoke on Saturday, asked Governor Adegboyega Oyetola if could answer the questions with all sincerity?
The statement reads, “Can Governor Oyetola publicly now renounce his administration’s three years of demonization of Aregbesola over debt?
“Can he tell the whole world that the salary modulation strategy to weather the storm of global economic crisis that peaked by 2014 was all jointly agreed to and it is fraudulent and ungodly to malign Aregbesola over that?
“Can he come out to admit that his administration did not start the full salary regime but was resumed by the Aregbesola administration six months before the end of his administration the moment the economy of the state started improving?
“Can Gov Oyetola now tell the world the motive behind the reversal of the education reform and be sincere with it?
“Can Gov Oyetola now tell the world he was merely playing dirty politics with the alarm that the mega-schools constructed by Aregbesola were of poor standard and not fit for Osun students?
“Can Governor Oyetola now come out clean with factual figures over Osun finances both under Aregbesola and since he assumed office more than three years ago?
“Is Governor Oyetola ready to allow proper running of the affairs of APC by first sacrificing those illegally running the party affairs since he assumed office?
“Can Governor Oyetola ask members of his cabinet who have abandoned their duties and become daily attack dogs on Aregbesola to tell the world they were on a devilish mission?
“Can Governor Oyetola now tell the world what in clear terms were Aregbesola’s offence for which he must take his pound of flesh?
“Above all, can provide concrete evidence to his claim that Aregbesola was not interested in he becoming his successor?”, the statement concluded.
