The Speaker State of Osun House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye has appealed to Governor Gboyega Oyetola Caretaker nominees for Local Government, Local Council Development Areas and Area office to cooperate and relate as one party.
Hon. Owoeye made this known today at the end of caretaker nominees screening exercise at the house of assembly Complex Osogbo.
He advised the nominees to embrace each other and allow peace to reign across all local government of the state.
He asked all the caretaker’s nominees to settle their differences for party sake.
According to him, “I want you all to work together go deliver your wards and units in future elections”.
“Go home and settle all your differences in politics”, he added.
He said that division among themselves would not favour the party in future elections in the state.
He also urged the governors nominees to cooperate and relate as one entity in All Progressive Party.
However, among the local government chairmen, vice chairmen, secretaries and members appeared for screening before the lawmakers including Ifedayo, Atakumosa West Central, Olaoluwa and Odo Otin South.
Others are Ejigbo West, Ilesa East, Ejigbo South and Ejigbo respectively.
