Recruitment of Workers, A Major Challenge – CEO Malcolm Confectionaries

The Chief Executive Officers of Malcom Confectionaries, Comrade Olaore Naheem have identified recruitment of workers as a major challenge facing his establishment.

Malcolm Confectionaries is an establishment that is basically into production of packaged doughnut, cake, bread and chinchin in Osun .

Olaore in an interview with OSUN DEFENDER said getting staffs to do the job has remain a major challenge facing the business.

He said: “Considering the present situation of our society today that everybody want to be a millionaire without a legitimate job, nobody want to engage in a monthly pay job, thus scarcity of staff has remain a major challenge till now.

“Ladies will tell you they can get your salary within two days, recruitment of staff is really challenging, but we give thanks to Almighty God we are moving forward, presently our products is yet to be known across the state, our dream is to cut across the state and the country at large.

“Malcom Confectionaries was established on March 2, 2019 and was registered with Corporate Affairs Commission. Since the existence of the company, we have been contributing to the society positively in our own little way by ensuring production of rich in balance diet flour-made snacks.

“My motive of establishing the buisiness is to empower myself and to contribute to the society by reducing the level of unemployment.

“Though, challenges are part of what we are meant to face as human being, build us for the future, and open us to reality. You can not succeed without challenges, actually when we started the product, it was new to people, some people see it as bread, the demand was very low but our focus, determination and firm resolution continue to help the brand growing.Glory be to Almighty God today.

“My advice for young graduates in the state is to engage themselves in any enterprenurship skill, even from secondary school,that doesn’t stop them from getting white collar job but will add value to their lives and will also serve as alternative to their source of income. It will also make them an independent person.

“We must understand that education is not a certificate for success but to serve as guidance in our area of specialization. At least I have a total of 12 staffs working with me in the factory.
