Residents of Ile-Ife were panic as some angry youths protest against the alleged killing of a middle aged man identified as Olufemi Oriyomi who was arrested with two others for alleged rituals killings.
The trio was arrested by the Nigeria Police Force, Osun Command for alleged ritual killing.
However, the Police yesterday, through the State Police Public Relations spokesperson SP Yemisi Opalola confirmed the death of Oriyomi, saying that the suspect fell sick and was taken to hospital for treatment before he died.

Recall that ADULAWONEWS had earlier reported that suspected Ritualist simply identified as Olufemi Oriyom who was arrested among with two others for alleged rituals killings has died in police custody in Osun.
Reacting to the news of the death of the suspect, some youths invaded the house of the police officer who lead the team who the arrested the suspects and destroy his property during the protest.
It was gathered that the angry youths blocked road in Ile-Ife while police trying to dispatch them shot one person to death.
The angry youth blamed the police for Oriyomi’s death, adding that he was not a criminal until proven guilty by the court.
